Rate Information

$18,000 per person for 8 - 9 clients; $17,000 for 10-12 cliients, based on double occupancy. Single Supplement: $1,500 if available. Includes most meals, unless indicated otherwise, from dinner on Day 1 to breakfast on Day 16, all lodging, transportation, local services directly relating to the purpose of the tour, and guide and leader fees. Price based on exchanges rates as of June, 2009, and subject to change if rate varies substantially.

Tour size: This tour is limited to 12 participants. Minimum 8 passengers or small party supplement will need to be added.

Registration
To confirm your space on this tour, please send a 25% deposit to the tour price to our office. Deposit is non-refundable. Balance is due 90 days prior to departure. The day-to-day itinerary is subject to weather, animal activity and the tour leader’s discretion. Changes can be necessary due to weather and neither IWA nor the ground operator is responsible for any additional costs due to delays.

Cancellation Policy
In the event you must cancel your reservation, refunds will be made according to the following schedule: Deposit: nonrefundable; 90 to 61 days prior to departure, 50% of total is nonrefundable; less than 60 days prior to departure, 100% nonrefundable.

Insurance
Because many advance logistical arrangements have been made prior to the running of this trip, we must adhere to the above policy. In light of this, we strongly recommend trip cancellation insurance.
