Start your 8 to 18 day Galapagos package with two nights in the World Heritage city of Quito, in the Andes of Ecuador. Before you head to the islands for your Galapagos cruise you will stay at the five-star Swissotel, located near Old Town in this historic city.  The day after your arrival, you're invited on a complimentary guided half day city tour of Quito. As an alternative, add on a day trip to the world famous enormous Otavalo Market where you can shop for high quality hand crafted items.

On the third day, you'll fly from Quito to Santa Cruz or San Cristobel, depending on your itinerary.  There, you'll board the 16 passenger luxury M/Y Galapagos Odyssey, built in 2008 specifically for cruising the Enchanted Islands and crewed by native Galapagueños.  Her 8 comfortable and spacious suites feature picture windows that open to the ocean breeze and views.  The ship features a large sun-deck for soaking in a little sun, and an easy to access swimming platform, al fresco dining areas, internet access, and a shaded Jacuzzi.

At the end of your Galapagos cruise, we'll return you to Quito, where you'll have one last opportunity to savor the rich culture of this South American city.
