The Safari Park Hotel
The Safari Park Hotel stands in 64 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds incorporating a wide variety of indigenous trees and offering sanctuary to a startling array of birds and butterflies. All of the 204 rooms are scenically centered around landscaped gardens and water features. Leopard Rock Lodge
The exclusive Leopard Rock Lodge overlooks a tropical river that hosts hippos, crocodiles, and many species of birds. Leopard Rock is unfenced open to wildlife and guests can see wild animals that come inside the lodge grounds to water at the river. The lodge is comprised of 15 luxury cottage suites with private terrace, en suite bathroom, Persian carpets and teak furniture. The swimming pool has a fully stocked island bar located at the centre of the pool where you can enjoy cocktails as you watch crocodiles basking at the river banks. The giant reptiles can also be viewed through a glass partition beneath the swimming pool as you swim.
Serena Mountain Lodge
Located at 7200 ft. on the slopes of the snow-capped Mount Kenya, Serena Mountain Lodge is the most luxurious tree lodge in Kenya with private ensuite bathroom facilities. At dusk the dense tropical rain forest comes alive with myriad sounds of creatures of various descriptions. The elephant, rhino, several species of antelopes including the bongo and occasionally, both leopard and the lion are frequent visitors at the illuminated water hole which is connected to the lodge by a short tunnel to a specially constructed bunker affording a close up view of the game. For the ornithologists, over 200 species of birds have been identified while the indigenous tropical rain forest vegetation is of special interest to the botanists.
Lion Hill Lodge
Sarova Lion Hill overlooks Lake Nakuru, one of Kenya’s most famous soda lakes. The lodge features 64 superbly appointed chalets, each with a separate lounge and secluded verandah with views over the lake and the distant hills. The chalets offer a private toilet and shower, mosquito nets and electricity. The lodge restaurant and bar open onto a large viewing deck with panoramic views. The lodge also has a swimming pool, sauna, laundry service, gift shop and a medical clinic. Each night, guests are treated to a performance of traditional dance.
Lake Baringo Island Camp
Island Camp is situated on an enchanted remote island in the center of Lake Baringo. This luxury tented camp consists of 25 double tents, each with its own bathroom. Each comfortable tent is tucked away under the shade of acacia trees and separated by green lawns and natural rockeries. The views of the surrounding Rift Valley are at their most spectacular from the refreshing, clear pool situated at the pinnacle of the camp. Paths lead down from the pool to the informal dining and bar areas.
Rhondo Retreat
In the heart of the Kakamega Rain Forest of Western Kenya is the tranquil Rondo Retreat. The homestead consists of the main house and five cottages, all in the traditional colonial style. The 17 double rooms, 15 of which are en suite, are uniquely decorated with a flair of things ‘old and new’. Hearty English breakfasts, midday lunches and candlelit dinners are served in the brightly cozy dining room in front of a crackling fire, if the air is cool.
Kichwa Tembo Camp
Kichwa Tembo overlooks the game-filled plains of the Maasai Mara and is shaded by dense forest canopy. Each luxurious tent offers sweeping views over the grasslands. The camp is comprised of 40 twin bedded safari tents with en suite facilities. The Hemingway style tents have stone floors and the classic safari tent structure is spacious and has a shower, flushing toilet, wash basin, dressing table and wardrobe. Guests can enjoy the lounge, bar and dining area, shaded swimming pool and leisure area in between day game drives.
Siana Springs Intrepids Lodge
Siana Springs is located on the eastern edge of the Maasai Mara in a surrounding of fever trees. The camp has a tranquil atmosphere with spacious safari style tents set amongst shady trees. 35 twin bedded safari tents and three exclusive tents with double beds offer comfort for a good nights rest. All of the tents are well spaced from each other, ensuring privacy for guests. Each tent has a hanging cabinet, huge dressing room and shaving mirrors, showers and flushing toilet. The public areas include a dining area and a swimming pool to cool off in.
