To reserve your wildlife adventure, please call us at 1-800-808-4492 to check availability for the dates you are interested in and to request a registration form. We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, personal check or bank transfer. Many of these trips fill up 6-12 months in advance, so we suggest you reserve your space early.
Tour prices are based on double occupancy. If you are traveling alone and would like for us to arrange a suitable roommate for you on the trip, we will make every effort to do so. If a roommate is not available or you wish single accommodations (where available), we must charge a Single Supplement which reflects the additional cost we incur for a singly-occupied room. Please check with our sales/reservations desk for details.
A deposit is required to confirm your space on any of our tours and cruises. As a courtesy, we can generally hold space for you on a temporary basis for a few days to allow time for making air arrangements, etc. Deposit amounts vary with each tour and cruise, so please check the appropriate tour rates page for details.
Cancellation policies vary with each tour and cruise, so please check the appropriate tour rates page for details.
We reserve the right to make changes to trip details and arrangements both before and after the booking has been made. Most changes, if any, will be minor, but if we have to do significant changes you will be notified at the earliest possible opportunity. In such cases you will have the opportunity to accept the changes (and maybe the difference in price) or to receive a full refund. Changes out over our power like increases in park fees, fuel, flights, accommodation rates and government taxes we reserve the right to change our price list and prices quoted within the validity period.

Carriers etc: In respect of air, sea and rail carriers, land vehicles and hotel owners our liability is in all cases limited as if we were carriers/hoteliers within the appropriate international conventions. Furthermore, all transport is provided subject to the relevant carrier's conditions of carriage, some of which may limit or exclude their liability to you, often in accordance with international conventions.

Because many advance logistical arrangements have been made prior to the running of these trips, we must adhere to the above policy. In addition, you should be aware that some medical insurance policies, including US Medicare, do not cover your expenses, including medical evacuation, while traveling in a foreign country. Therefore, we strongly recommend trip cancellation/medical evacuation insurance. Optional insurance must be purchased at the time of deposit and is 100% nonrefundable. International Wildlife Adventures will not be held responsible for missed connections, incorrect check-in times, improper documentation, lost, stolen, or damaged luggage. Any additional expenses caused by late or cancelled transportation carriers will be borne by the traveler.
