International Wildlife Adventures Terms and Conditions
Itineraries are intended as examples only. Actual itineraries may vary depending upon weather, wildlife habits, contract service providers, logistical decisions of the tour leader, and forces beyond our control. Price is based on specific foreign exchange rates and tariffs and may change if these rates vary. Visitors must be prepared to be flexible; schedules may vary depending on conditions.
Reservations -
To reserve your wildlife adventure, please call us at 1-800-593-8881 to check availability for the dates you are interested in and to request a registration form. We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, personal check or bank transfer. Many of these trips fill up 6-12 months in advance, so we suggest you reserve your space early.
Single Supplement -
Tour prices are based on double occupancy. If you are traveling alone and would like for us to arrange a suitable roommate for you on the trip, we will make every effort to do so. If a roommate is not available or you wish single accommodations (where available), we must charge a Single Supplement which reflects the additional cost we incur for a singly-occupied room.

Deposit Policy -
At time of booking: $500 USD per person. Full payment due 90 days prior to departure.
Cancellation Policy -
For all tours except polar bears, and as otherwise noted on individual itineraries our cancellation policy is as follows: In the event that you must cancel your reservation, refunds will be made according to the following schedule: Deposit: $200 USD nonrefundable. 90-61 days prior to departure, 50% of total is nonrefundable. Less than 60 days prior to departure, 100% nonrefundable. Please consult individual itineraries for more specific details.
Insurance -
Because many advance logistical arrangements have been made prior to the running of these trips, we must adhere to the above policy. In addition, you should be aware that some medical insurance policies, including US Medicare, do not cover your expenses, including medical evacuation, while traveling in a foreign country. Therefore, we strongly recommend trip cancellation/medical evacuation insurance. Optional insurance must be purchased at the time of deposit and is 100% nonrefundable.
International Wildlife Adventures will not be held responsible for missed connections, incorrect check-in times, improper documentation, lost, stolen, or damaged luggage. Any additional expenses caused by late or cancelled transportation carriers will be borne by the traveler.
